FRAGRANCE OF ROSE -

Pushkar is well known for production of rose and rose production.The fragrance of roses in early morning will arouse spiritually and provide peace and calmness in this hectic world. Rose garden is located just away from Jaipur ghat.

Early morning is best time to visit rose gardens. You may find colourfully attired ladies singing song and plucking roses. One of the villagers may greet you by saying Ram, Ram. You can reach there by crossing bridge over the lake. If you go further 500 meters you may find larger gardens of roses as well as orchards of Amala (gooseberry), Guava and Mangoes also.

GULKAND (ROSE GEM)

Gulkand is paste of rose petals prepared by mixing it with crystalline sugar and cardamom. The paste of petals is prepared by the help of wooden pestle and mortar. No artificial preservatives or additives are used in its preparation. The smell and colour of Gulkand is natural. It is an Ayurvedic herbal preparation.
