How To Prepare
Boil the milk add rice and water. Raise the heat to
high stirring contantly bring it to forthing boil. Reduce the heat
to medium and let it boil stirring slighty untill it is
reduced to about half of its original volume and gives pinkish-orange
colour. Add sugar, dry fruits saffron powder, stirring attentively
to avoid scorching. Let it boil for about 25 minutes.Kheer is ready
Stir fried and left to cook until tender or they
could be curried in a puree of onions and tomatoes, garlic. And ginger.
