Agastya Muni
Agastya muni ashram and cave lies towards 4 km's south west
of Pushkar on the rocky Aravalli.
This Small and quite place is surrounded by nature beauty,
and becomes hot spot during annual fair. Agastya, the dwarfish, bearded sage
is known in the epic of his austerities, anger and curses.
Perhaps he wa the most widely -
Traveled hermit, covering many places in the north, central
and south india.
It is believed that Agastya has meditated here.
